1. Scope

They do not govern any paid services. Paid, milestone-based service packages are agreed exclusively in separate individual service contracts and are never concluded through this Website. By using the Website you accept these Terms of Use in the version in force at the time of use.

2. Services; no legal services (RDG)

The Website is an informational and lead-generation platform. It provides information about Ausbildung (German vocational training) placement as well as visa orientation, document preparation and coaching for Germany, the EU and the UK, aimed at candidates in Pakistan, India and Bangladesh. Use of the Website is free of charge.

integrAIt provides orientation, document preparation, coaching and job/Ausbildung placement — NOT legal services (Rechtsdienstleistungen) within the meaning of the German Legal Services Act (RDG); no representation before authorities; visa decisions rest solely with the competent embassies/authorities; for a binding legal assessment consult a licensed lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) or a recognised migration advice centre.

Paid services (milestone-based packages) are agreed in separate individual service contracts, never concluded through the Website; the Website itself is free and informational. Contacting us through the contact form or the eligibility quiz creates no obligation to enter into a paid contract.

3. No guarantee of outcomes; information subject to change

We give no guarantee of any visa outcome, admission, or successful Ausbildung or job placement. Such outcomes depend on the decisions of third parties, in particular the competent embassies, authorities and training providers, over which we have no control.

Information on the Website is provided for general guidance and is indicative only. Official rules, requirements and procedures for immigration, visas and vocational training change over time, and information on the Website may become outdated. It is not a substitute for individual advice. Always verify current requirements with the competent official bodies before acting.

4. Your obligations

When using the Website and its forms you agree to: – provide truthful, accurate and complete information in the contact form and the eligibility quiz; – use the Website only for lawful purposes and its intended informational use; – refrain from any misuse, in particular automated data scraping, crawling or harvesting, sending spam or unsolicited messages, and any attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Website or its underlying systems.

You are responsible for the information you submit. We may reject or delete submissions that appear abusive, automated or fraudulent.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including texts, graphics, logos, images, layout and design — is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights and belongs to integrAIt or its licensors.

You may view and use the content for your personal, non-commercial information. Any other use — in particular reproduction, distribution, public communication or modification — requires our prior written consent, unless permitted by mandatory law.

6. Third-party links and services

The Website may contain links to external websites operated by third parties, for example embassy or authority websites. We have no influence over their content and accept no responsibility for it; the respective operators are solely responsible. At the time of linking, no unlawful content was apparent.

The contact form may open WhatsApp on your own device via a wa.me deep link with a prefilled message. This communication is initiated by you on your own device; Meta/WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to it. We may reply via WhatsApp Business.

If an online booking tool (Cal.com) is activated in the contact section in the future and you use it, the booking is processed by Cal.com, Inc. (USA) under its own terms and privacy policy. We accept no responsibility for the content or availability of such third-party services.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage arising from intent or gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health.

In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of a material contractual obligation (an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper use of the Website possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely); in that case liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of relationship.

Any further liability is excluded. In particular, given that the Website is provided free of charge and for information only, we accept no liability for the correctness, completeness or currency of the information provided, beyond the limits set out above. The above limitations do not affect liability under the German Product Liability Act or for any guarantee expressly given.

8. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

9. Governing law

These Terms of Use and the use of the Website are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence.

10. Severability

Should any provision of these Terms of Use be or become invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

We may amend these Terms of Use with effect for the future, in particular to reflect changes in our services or the applicable legal framework. The version published on the Website at the time of use applies.
