Privacy Policy

2. Overview and Scope

This privacy policy explains what personal data we process when you visit this website and use its features, for what purposes, on what legal basis, and what rights you have.

integrAIt operates this website as an informational and lead-generation platform for Ausbildung (German vocational training) placement as well as orientation, document preparation and coaching for a move to Germany, the EU or the UK, aimed at candidates in Pakistan, India and Bangladesh.

The website has no user accounts, no newsletter, no login area and no payments. Personal data is only collected when you actively contact us through one of the two forms described below. Merely reading the website does not require you to provide any personal data beyond the technical log data necessary to deliver the site.

3. Hosting and Server Log Data

This website is delivered through the global content delivery network and edge computing platform of Cloudflare, Inc., USA ("Cloudflare").

When you access the website, Cloudflare transiently processes technical connection data on our behalf in order to deliver the site and keep it secure and efficient. This includes in particular the IP address of the requesting device, the date and time of the request, the requested page or file, the referring URL, and information about the browser and operating system used.

This processing is necessary to present the website to you, to guarantee its stability and security, and to defend against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and efficient provision of our website pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Cloudflare operates a global network, which may involve processing of the above technical data outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can request a copy of these clauses at info@integraitapp.com. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Cloudflare pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

4. Contact Form and Eligibility-Quiz Form

You can contact us through two forms: the contact form and the mini form of the eligibility quiz. Both send us the information you provide so that we can respond to your inquiry.

Depending on the form, we process the following data: your name, your country of residence, your phone or WhatsApp number, your area of interest or the route recommended to you, and an optional free-text message. In addition, we automatically store the interface language you used, which of the two forms the submission came from (source), the page path from which you submitted, timestamps, and the processing status of your inquiry.

We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry, to prepare a personalized plan for you, and to follow up with you via WhatsApp, phone or email. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, as the processing takes place at your request in order to carry out steps prior to entering into a contract.

Providing this data is voluntary, but without the information required by the respective form we cannot process your inquiry.

Spam protection: to reject automated submissions by bots, we use a hidden honeypot field and evaluate the submission timing. This evaluation happens transiently at the moment of submission; the honeypot field and the timing information are not stored. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing abusive automated submissions pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Retention: we keep the data from your inquiry until it has been fully handled, and at the latest for 12 months after our last contact with you. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see "Your Rights").

5. Contact via WhatsApp

The contact form can open WhatsApp on your own device with a prefilled message (via a wa.me deep link). This only happens on your device and at your own initiative when you tap the corresponding option.

If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp in this way, the communication runs through the WhatsApp service. The terms of use and the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Limited apply to that communication; we have no influence over the data processing carried out by WhatsApp itself.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, we may reply to you using WhatsApp Business. The content of your message will then be processed by us for the purpose of responding to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

6. Online Booking via Cal.com (currently not active)

We do not currently offer online appointment booking on this website. This section is provided in advance in case we activate such a function in the future.

If we later embed the booking tool Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA) in our contact section and you use it, Cal.com will process the booking data you enter (in particular your name, your email address and the appointment slot you choose) under its own privacy policy in order to arrange the appointment.

This would involve a transfer of data to the USA, which is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can request a copy of these clauses at info@integraitapp.com. As long as no booking tool is displayed, no such data is collected or transferred.

7. Recipients, Processors and International Transfers

We do not sell your data and we only pass it on where this is necessary to operate the website and process your inquiry.

We use the following processors, with whom we have concluded data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR:

– Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): delivery of the website, CDN and edge computing; transient processing of IP addresses and technical log data. – Supabase (database processor): storage of the data from your inquiries. The database is hosted in the region London, United Kingdom.

The database in the United Kingdom is covered by the EU adequacy decision for the UK, so that an adequate level of data protection is ensured. For the global network of Cloudflare, transfers to third countries are additionally safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can request a copy of these clauses at info@integraitapp.com.

Beyond this, we only disclose data if we are legally obliged to do so or if it is necessary to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

8. No Cookies and No Tracking

This website does not use cookies. We use no analytics tools, no tracking pixels and no embedded social media plugins.

Your usage behavior is not analyzed, no profiles are created, and no data is passed on to advertising networks. Only the technical server log data described in section 3, which is necessary to deliver the site, is processed.

9. Storage Periods

We only store personal data for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose.

– Data from inquiries via the contact and eligibility-quiz forms: until the inquiry has been fully handled, at the latest 12 months after our last contact with you; earlier deletion on request. – Technical server log data (Cloudflare): only transiently for the delivery and security of the website. – Honeypot field and submission timing (spam protection): not stored; evaluated only transiently at the moment of submission.

Where statutory retention obligations require longer storage, we restrict processing accordingly until those obligations expire.

10. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

– Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): to obtain confirmation as to whether and which data concerning you we process. – Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): to have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed. – Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): to have your data deleted where the legal conditions are met. – Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR). – Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): to receive the data you provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. – Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on our legitimate interest.

Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future; the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected.

To exercise these rights, please contact us at info@integraitapp.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes data protection law.

11. No Automated Decision-Making

We do not carry out any automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

The eligibility quiz only suggests a possible route to you on the basis of your entries; it does not make any binding decision.

Please also note the scope of our services: integrAIt provides orientation, document preparation, coaching and job/Ausbildung placement, but does not provide legal advice (Rechtsberatung) within the meaning of the German Legal Services Act (RDG). We do not represent you before authorities; decisions on visas rest solely with the competent embassies and authorities. For a binding legal assessment, please consult a licensed lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) or a recognized migration advice center.

12. Updates to this Privacy Policy

We may amend this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes to our website or to legal requirements. The current version is always available on this website.
